My purpose is to combine my deep expertise in professional executive coaching, applied neuroscience, organization design, and family business to help NextGen leaders successfully achieve their purpose and legacy.  

I do this one leader and one room at a time. My clients are high achievers who want to play bigger, be more present, and live more fully in their personal and professional lives. These leaders are ready to challenge assumptions, understand the brain science and social dynamics that influence their lives, and rewire their thinking.
