Executive Coaching

Step I: Book a Complimentary Chemistry Session  

In your first session, you will receive  

- An introduction to the TL&G approach that supports executive coaching, helping you achieve clarity and understand your mindsets, needs, and objectives.  

- A real coaching experience that offers insight into what is holding you back from success, particularly in the context of family business coaching.  

- Recommended steps to achieve both immediate and sustained change, tailored to your leadership development journey.  

We begin with a free 30-minute session to discuss your current situation and goals. If we determine that the coaching engagement is a good fit, we will prepare a coaching agreement outlining your coaching goals, desired outcomes, accountabilities, and approach. This may include an online Individual Assessment and/or 360 Assessment, involving individual interviews with your leader, peers, direct reports, and key stakeholders.

Step II: Clarify Goals, Learn and Apply Frameworks and Tools 

Theresa will create a customized coaching engagement where you will learn practical tools and frameworks that will improve communications, relationship dynamics, leadership presence and influence.  You will create a tailored plan to live the life that you want to live.  

Coaching engagements typically involve one to two virtual sessions per month for six to twelve months.  If appropriate, Theresa will select a validated assessment tool or utilize a 360-degree feedback process including interviews with peers, subordinates and superiors.  

Step III:  Confidential Coaching Supporting Your Action Plan 

Theresa is your accountability partner in success.  She will help you to apply the new frameworks learned, understand the changes needed to create lasting change, discover new insights, and realize expanded leadership capabilities, influence and presence.  Each session involves a confidential discussion increasing  knowledge and personal alignment of mind, body and spirit.
